Topic: Legal Project Management

Description:
To deliver more value to clients, law firms are applying formal project management techniques to their deals, cases and other matters. KM resources can help support legal project management (LPM), and should be integrated with LPM wherever possible. This webinar will feature case studies of LPM implementation and KM integration at two Toronto-based firms, along with lessons learned and tips for firms considering implementing or expanding LPM.
