Litigation Support - Tools and Techniques

With so many variables that can make up a litigation case and equally as many tools and techniques available, I propose a shift in emphasis from "litigation support" to "litigation SUPPORT."  Knowing what tools and techniques are available is integral to your success, and determining how to approach any given case is the first step in your process.  Should you use a "big tool" for a small case or, conversely, a "small tool" for a big case?  Avoid using a bazooka to kill a fly or a pea shooter to stop a tank.

Our authors open their tool boxes with tips on measuring your e-discovery process, drilling through litsup outsourcing, nailing computer forensics, hammering out the benefits of implementing Internet-based collaboration technologies and more.

We gratefully acknowledge our authors for offering a look at some of the tools available, techniques that can help you win that case and food for thought when considering new SUPPORT tools.
