Initially, the main focus of this white paper, "Keeping the Lines of Communication Open," was to be on the proliferating gadgets and technology that help us communicate within and outside our firms. But as we began reviewing ideas for articles from volunteer authors, we expanded our concept to include pieces on communicating with clients in order to improve collections, Instant Messaging and a suggested e-mail protocol for a busy IT support organization, as well as more expansive articles that talk about communication challenges in broad terms.
