ILTA Quick Survey - Litigation Support Departments

ILTA Quick Survey taken during the time period of 2/11/04 - 2/25/04.

Out of the 107 respondents, it was fairly evenly split as to whether a firm had a dedicated Litigation Support Department..  59 (or 55%) responded 'Yes' and 48 (or 45%) responded 'No'.

Additional questions were:

1. What are the backgrounds of those within the firm who provide litigation support?

2. At what point would the firm look to outside resources for litigation support?
