ILTA Quick Survey - Adverse Weather

ILTA Quick Survey taken during the time period of 1/14/04 - 1/27/04.

Out of the 155 respondents, it was fairly evenly split as to firms having an actual adverse weather policy.  83 (or 54%) responded 'Yes' and 72 (or 46%) responded 'No'.

Additional questions were:

1. How does your firm address adverse weather conditions that prohibit most but not all employees from getting to work?

2. At what point would the firm close the offices out of concern for the safety of its employees?
