Electronic Billing

From the ILTA survey on electronic billing practices, conducted in the early part of 2002, 140 ILTA members reported that their firms now deliver invoices electronically to some of their clients.  Which is to say e-billing, like e-mail, is becoming an accepted part of doing business.  Our survey shows law firms have mixed feelings about e-billing.  They want to please the client, but the e-billing road is paved with potholes.

We also surveyed our members for their opinions about the e-billing vendors that were most mentioned in our first survey. In this follow-up survey, questions focused on vendor service.
