Disaster Preparedness / Disaster Recovery
Disasters can strike any time, anywhere, and most generally occur with little or no warning. As information technology and financial professionals, a large share of the burden for planning for disasters and certainly recovering from disasters falls to us.
This white paper presents articles that focus on preparation for, and reaction to, disasters that range from the annoyance of hardware failure or data corruption to the devastation of full-scale physical destruction of facilities. One piece is written from the perspective of a colleague who has lived to tell the tale in a real-life account of recovery from the destruction of a tornado.
