2005 E-Mail Survey

Remember the "good ol' days" when the only question about e-mail was, "What's your e-mail address?"  Now, we use it not only to say hello to Mom, but as a delivery and collaborative work tool.  And as a result, a simple e-mail message has now become a legacy document, with all the attendant needs for policy and management.

Our thanks go out to everyone who participated in this, ILTA's fourth annual e-mail survey.  This year's survey responses represent 456 organizations employing over 80,000 attorneys and 200,000 total users.

We want to specifically acknowledge Todd Corham, Director of Information Technology at Lowenstein Sandler PC, whose commitment to this on-going survey over four years, to say nothing of the time and analytical detail that he devotes to the project each year, is to be applauded.
