2004 Technology Survey

Our 2004 Technology Survey is even bigger and better than last year’s, with new survey questions and more graphs with trend data.  Response was greater, too.  We had 446 respondents representing firms with attorney counts ranging from seven into the thousands.  Over 84,000 attorneys and 198,000 total end users are represented by this data.  We received responses from Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Thailand and the United States.  Over 90% of the respondents work at private law firms and the remainder in corporate or governmental legal departments.  98% of the firms responding are in North America (91% in the United States, 7% in Canada).
