2004 E-Billing Survey

Two years have passed since ILTA conducted a survey on e-billing, and with this year’s report we focused on the costs incurred by law firms in four major e-billing areas: initial client setup, ongoing invoice processing, template maintenance and e-billing vendor fees.  A total of 68 ILTA firms participated in this year’s survey.  We think you’ll find much to interest and enlighten you in the survey results and the very thorough analysis by Daniel Garcia of IGD Systems, as well as in the four articles that cover a variety of e-billing-related subjects, by authors on the e-billing front line.
