2003 E-Mail Survey
E-mail, arguably today’s most ubiquitous form of communication, is a survey topic that clearly gets people’s attention. The 2003 E-Mail Survey topped last year’s survey by 44 percent, with 387 firms and law departments responding (compared to 218 last year). This response rate proves what we already suspected: that the ever-increasing rise of e-mail, both as a tool in the practice of law and as a general means of communication, is a significant challenge to those faced with managing the application and the data it generates.
