We’re not hurling any javelins, but we hope the aggregate experiences and prognostications of our 333 participating member entities will keep your rapt attention as you review the findings from ILTA’s 2009 IT Staffing Survey. We are pleased to present an electronic addition to "Knowledge Management: More Than the Sum of Its Parts," ILTA's June white paper. Ron Friedmann, Senior Vice President, Marketing for Integreon, compiled survey results from 80 responders to find out how law firms are incorporating KM into the work flow. He found that attitudes toward how to use KM vary greatly among firms, but that KM is beginning to take root. Read some of the ways others have been "baking KM" into their work processes.
