WHITE PAPERS
Publication Dates: White papers are published throughout the year. ILTA offers four, four-color, full-bleed, full-page ad spaces in each white paper at a cost of $3,500 (inside front cover and inside back cover) and $2,500 (page four and opposite inside back cover) per ad. The deadlines for submission of ad artwork in 2009 are:

These deadlines are subject to change, and advertisers will be notified in advance of any date changes.
Circulation: Each ILTA white paper is mailed to all primary contacts in our membership database as well as members whose titles reflect the topic of the white paper. Additionally, white papers are used year-round as marketing collateral at all ILTA events and other legal-specific conferences and tradeshows. They are also available on our website, offering a lengthy shelf life and wide exposure.
Dimensions: The final printed page of our white papers is 8½" x 11".
The image area is 8½" x 11".
Electronic Specifications: You must e-mail your four-color, full-bleed artwork in print-ready, high-resolution PDF. Submitted ad size is 9" x 11½", finshed trim size 8½" x 11", allowing for a quarter-inch bleed.
Rates and Payments:
Premium placement: $3,500 (full-page ads only). These premium spots are on the inside front cover and inside back cover.
Standard placement: $2,500 (full-page ads only). These spots are on page four and opposite the inside back cover.
Ad placement is secured with PAYMENT and a 2009 White Paper Insertion Order. You can request a specific page, but that placement can be guaranteed ONLY with advance payment in the order in which it is received.
