Budgeting for ILTA 2010

As you prepare your travel budgets for next year, here is information regarding ILTA 2010 to assist you.  
 
Member Registration Fee: $1,025 (same as 2009), includes all meals for the four-day event except for Wednesday evening.
 
Room Rate: $119 per night plus tax and a $1 daily housekeeping gratuity at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas (typically, you’re booking a five-night stay — arriving Sunday and departing Friday — to take advantage of all conference sessions and events).  Members may make room reservations (online only) by clicking here.  Exhibitors/Consultants should make reservations by clicking here.
 
Airfare: Budget for flights into Las Vegas, NV.
 
Miscellaneous: Any meals or food costs not covered above.

Speaking at ILTA 2010

In order to better engage the ILTA community and ensure the right speakers are participating in the annual conference, ILTA is soliciting speakers to provide educational content for ILTA 2010: Strategic Unity. ILTA members and vendors are being offered the opportunity to apply to speak at the conference.
