The event will open on Sunday, August 22 and run through Thursday, August 26, 2010.

Budgeting for ILTA 2010

As you prepare your travel budgets for next year, here is information regarding ILTA 2010 to assist you.  
 
Member Registration Fee: $1,025 (same as 2009), includes all meals for the four-day event except for Wednesday evening.
 
Room Rate: $195 per night plus tax and a $15 daily resort fee at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center in Nashville (typically, you’re booking a five-night stay — arriving Sunday and departing Friday — to take advantage of all conference sessions and events).  Members may make room reservations (online only) by clicking here.  Exhibitors/Consultants should contact Peggy Wechsler
 
Airfare: Budget for flights into Nashville, Tennessee.
 
Ground Transportation:  An airport shuttle is $38 roundtrip or $28 one-way. One-way cab fare is approximately $25 plus tip.
 
Miscellaneous: Any meals or food costs not covered above.

Speaking at ILTA 2010

In order to better engage the ILTA community and ensure the right speakers are participating in the annual conference, ILTA is soliciting speakers to provide educational content for ILTA 2010: Strategic Unity. ILTA members and vendors are being offered the opportunity to apply to speak at the conference.
