Building a 3-Year IT Roadmap

More and more, law firms are looking at IT not as mere back-office support, but as an essential business partner in delivery of world-class legal services and the provision state-of-the-art client service.  In order to meet these goals, IT must be closely aligned to the firm’s business objectives and vision.
This valuable seminar will serve as a practical guide to creating a three-year plan for the entire IT portfolio including Infrastructure, Applications, and Staffing.  Case study materials will be presented from planning projects undertaken with two firms (who chose to remain anonymous).  Included in the discussions will be how to incorporate new technologies and trends into the planning process, with time taken to discuss a few of today’s leading trends and technology futures.
